Insufficient nutrition, stress, and bacteria can all lead to organ malfunctions. According to Ayurveda medicine, the universe is made up of five elements: space, fire, water, and earth. It is known as Panchabuthas in Ayurveda. 

These five elements are the foundation of every living thing. They are represented in the body by Doshas (Dhatus), and Malas (Malas).

Dosha – This is actually something that controls and maintains your body. They are also known as tri-doshas. Vata (air), which governs the nervous system, is crucial for the proper functioning of the other doshas. Pitta (fire), which governs hormones and enzymes, and Kapha (earth-and-water) dosha, is responsible for strength.

Dhatus (or body tissues) are the supporting parts of the body. There are seven of them: plasma, blood, and muscle; fat, bone, blood and marrow; and reproductive tissue.

Malays: Malays are body wastes like urine, sweat, saliva, and tears.
